Vintage Barbie Dolls

I want to sell things on ebay, should I sell these items or do you think no one would buy?

Well these are the items want to get rid off

Some old tee shirts (rolling stones, kind of formal shirt- button up semi see through, white with pink flower pattern and some lace -, and a bunch of other grahpic tees, and a pink striped one and quite a few others

My skatebored (I can’t balance on it and I’m to afraid to get back on because I hurt my ankle last time and its not really fun for my friend and I to just pull eachother)

I have some old toys but I need to sort throuh them

I have a barbie car that doesn’t talk anymore, I have a plastic barbie plane with alot of missing peices, and a giant barbie doll house- more like a hotel and lots of barbie peices to go with it and a barebie living room/bedroom/bathroom set and I do have about 10 barbies including some vintage barbie clothes from my aunt, a vintage barbie, and a green holiday one still in its box but I don’t want to get rid of my barbies jsut the barebie stuff (I’m 14 and no longer a prissy little kid) continued.
Bit I heart my barbies too much to get rid of them, I want to save them for future kids

And msot of my clothes have sains on them or are ripped a little but nothing that can’t be sewen or washed out. I’ve had most of the clothes for 2+ years and the barbie stuff for 5-7 years plus
so is this stuff ok for ebay or just garage sales?
And theres about 3 or 4 pants included too

Auctions are Good Venues to Find Odd Unusual Items

Surely you know what it is like to be desperately looking for something that seems to be maidenly out of reach. Everyone has gone through something similar at some point be it a car, a particular article of clothing, a specific piece of furniture or just a boyfriend or even a husband. Thanks to the internet, these things just might be a bit easier to find, provided you pay the price. Auctions have always been good venues to find odd uncommon objects. Things that have been discarded as well as things which the owner just wants to sell for whatever reason. Online auctions have the same characteristic. You might even be able to find odder, more uncommon objects here than in a live auction given as online auction websites might not be so particular or strict about the objects they bid off. The object in question just need exist. It does not necessarily have to be an antique, an original masterpiece nor some article or costume in mint condition worn by Marilyn Monroe in one of her movies. It just has to exist, be in moderately good shape and someone must want to buy it. In business, the old adage that the better your business does, the more there is to do is true. An eBay business is no different. As the eBay business grows, there will be more and more demands placed on the business owner. If a new seller decides to do all of the work, and not bring in help, that can quickly turn a part-time effort into a full-time effort, and more. In fact, an especially successful seller can find themselves facing many, many hours every day just to keep up with the demands of their business. Those who know how to make money selling on eBay know that following the close of an auction it is important to immediately contact the winning bidder. These same sellers also know that it is important to acknowledge payment receipt. Once payment is received they know that it is important to keep the lucky bidder updated regarding shipping progress. Finally, there is communication in the form of feedback regarding the seller. Now the only thing that cannot be auctioned off online is a part of the human body. You mustn’t try to sell a kiss or a tooth to the highest bidder because you just might get into a spot of trouble. Besides, the range of products offered is so varied that human body parts seem excessive. One must draw the line somewhere. But still, some of the things that are up for sale prove to be quite intriguing. Things like vintage handcrafted Barbie clothes and shoes, collector’s miniature car models, antique underwear, Victorian pornographic photographs with midgets and bearded women, and so on. So when you find that long-time sought-after pair of silk beaded turn of the century knickers, be sure to place a handsome bid and enjoy.

Selling Garage Sale Items On Ebay

One way to start your business in Ebay is to sell used items that you just kept in your closet or in your garage. This is the best way to get your feet wet and also to know the trends on which type of items sell well in Ebay. A lot of people use Ebay to sell their stuff that you normally sell in the garage sale. There are things to consider though before listing your items for sale. Ebay have strict guidelines on used items especially clothes. Used clothes need to be laundered first and selling used underwear are not accepted at all. Clothes also need to be graded and properly described as such on the product description. Weapons are also strictly prohibited to be sold in Ebay. Some type of air guns are not allowed. It is better to know first if the items that you are selling pass their TOS. Look around your house and see what items that you have that you just forgot about. The general rule of thumb is that if you have items that you didn’t use in the last year, then you probably don’t need it and these are the ones that you can start selling in Ebay. You can go through all your clothes that you haven’t worn especially the designer labels. They sell good and you can probably get more that what you have paid for them especially if they are considered Vintage. This also goes for handbags and shoes. Another thing that you can look into are the toys. Vintage toys sell well because of their uniqueness and collectibility factor. Wind up toys and robots are collectibles and they sell good in Ebay. Chinaware is also a good choice. Look inside your cupboard for old china and if they are a set, they will get a lot of bids. When you run out off stuff to sell at your own house, and business is good, then you can start going to local garage sales and look for items that you can sell. The older the item, the better and as to clothes, shoes and accessories, the “branded” one will sell better than the big box store brand. You can also check on Ebay’s Hot list and see which items are in demand and these are the ones to look out for in the garage sales. One tip is to go to church or group yard sales so that you can shop in just one place and you will definitely find one or more items that you can sell. If yard sale items are what you plan to specialize in, that’s great. In this particular market it is very important to keep a list of customers who are looking for a particular item. If you sold a vintage Barbie doll to a customer, let them know when you find more. Better yet, ask them what they are looking for when you make the first sale. Make a hit list of customer requests. If you find one, list it on eBay, but let your customer know about that listing. There is a lot of money in yard sales and sometimes you can find items that are literally treasures and the owner just didn’t know about.   Just be sure to properly describe and use plenty of pictures in listing used items so that you can get most bidders.
